Premier Association Management (PAM) is a local organization
dedicated to developing vibrant, competent, harmonious community associations.
Working closely with communities in Douglas, Carroll, Cobb, Fulton, and
Paulding Counties, we provide the latest information on their community and
governance. We serve our members with maintaining records, assist with monthly
board meetings, and specialized newsletters on the latest community update,
governance, and law.
PAM also provides support in the upkeep of common propertyand assuring proper insurance coverage is maintained. Monthly and even bi-monthly community
inspections are conducted to ensure the common areas are being maintained in
accordance with the contracts and each homeowner is maintaining their property
within the guidelines and standards of the community. PAM is responsible for invoicing Assessments,monthly/quarterly statements, and other services.
PAM is a licensed and insured company. Our Georgia Real Estate License is H-65484. We are BBB Accredited with an A+ ranking.
